Your Opportunity
Lead a technology‑enabled, future‑ready Tax practice, embedding AI, automation, data analytics and digital tools into client delivery, operations and business development.
Key Objectives
- Develop and execute a Tax Transformation Roadmap that drives operational efficiency, client value and profitability.
- Champion the adoption of AI and digital solutions across all Tax service lines.
- Partner with firm‑wide Innovation & Change to ensure alignment with BDO Canada’s strategic priorities.
- Foster a culture of transformation—empowering Tax professionals to innovate, experiment and improve.
