- Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and processes (IATF, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Drive organizational development, succession planning, and team performance improvement.
- Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and promote best practices across sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
