Commercial Leadership
- Own revenue growth across recycling and industrial sorting markets
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy (OEM partnerships, direct sales, integrators)
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline across North America and Europe
Strategic Sales Execution
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Translate capabilities into clear ROI (yield, contamination, throughput)
- Close pilots, scale deployments, and long-term agreements
Industry Positioning & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with OEMs, integrators, and plant operators
- Position technology within existing sorting infrastructure
- Secure strategic partnerships (air ejection, robotic sorting)
Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
