Head Of Sales - Embedded Finance (Xico)

Aviva is looking for a Sales & Expansion Lead to drive the ambitious growth of our distribution partnership with the world's largest retailer. In this role, you build local sales teams all across non‑metropolitan Mexico, to establish the first ever low‑interest alternative in the Mexican market. Growing your in‑store credit sales team by dozens of new hirings each month, you are responsible for the sustainable expansion and consistent sales performance of the team.

In addition to building a team of an in‑store credit sales force, you manage the relationship with your commercial/operational counterparts at our retail partner. This includes providing regular updates on the commercial and operational performance of your team, as well as aligning the activation of dozens of stores every month.
