We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution behind a bold mission: increasing gig‑worker productivity by 30% across all of our gig‑workers fleet in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Costa Rica.

You’ll design and deploy AI‑first fulfillment systems that optimize routing, batching, and capacity utilization—transforming how Zubale’s on‑demand network operates. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and operations, and who can connect business growth, user satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes into a single coherent vision.
