About the Role We are seeking a Purchasing and Planning Coordinator who supports the Purchasing and Planning Managers in executing day-to-day inventory, purchasing, and supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate system data, coordinating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring visibility into inventory flow. By supporting forecasting, allocation, and inventory lifecycle management, this position helps drive timely product availability and overall business performance.

Owning purchase order creation, updates, and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Purchasing and Planning Managers
Maintaining accurate product setups and system data to support inventory planning and execution
Ensuring all PO changes (quantities, pricing, and timelines) are accurately reflected in systems
