Head of Procurement

Primary Role

Development and execution of LATAM sourcing strategies to deliver year‑over‑year productivity, extended pay terms, reduced lead times, improved delivery and quality performance, reduced risk, increased sustainability, and support a broad business strategy driving procurement functional excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead LATAM productivity initiatives across sites.
• Serve as key interface between the business in LATAM and Global Procurement, ensuring value contribution and prioritization of procurement within the region.
• Drive cost improvement and project execution through cross‑site collaboration.
• Liaise with project resources to focus and progress initiatives.
• Influence cross‑functionally to secure support from stakeholders such as engineering, quality and product management.
