We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to become the operational backbone across Systems, Executive Operations, Office Management, and Finance Admin. The role spans Systems, People Operations, Executive Support, Internal Operations, and Finance Admin, working closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the organisation runs smoothly, efficiently, and at pace as they continue to grow.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Greater London, Central London

• Own and maintain the core operational systems including CRM, project management tools, and internal documentation
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and integration of new AI and operational tools
