Key Responsibilities- Lead and scale customer operations processes across multiple clinic accounts in LATAM.
- Build and optimize AI-driven operational workflows and automations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop onboarding systems, health scoring frameworks, customer success playbooks, and operational KPIs.
