The Airbus A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an Operations Manager (m/f) to join our team in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Exercise leadership with a team of supervisors, aligning with Airbus vision and values
• Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives
• Ensure continuous improvement, applying problem‑solving process
• Establish and monitor production targets
• Coach supervisors to develop talent within the organization
• Optimize sharing of knowledge and best practices

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of supervisors in a manufacturing environment; aerospace experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills; ability to plan and organize to ensure results
• Fluency in French (bilingualism an asset)
