The role involves assessing client business needs, structuring and pricing bespoke insurance solutions, managing insurer relationships, and driving effective placement strategies. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while making expert use of broking systems.
This role also carries people management responsibility, with a strong focus on team performance, capability development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
