Head of Logistics & Order-to-Cash

Your role

We are looking for an experienced and impactful leader to build and lead a centralized, internationally scalable logistics function at Orion, and to drive the development and performance of our end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer delivery performance, while driving harmonized, efficient processes that support Orion’s global growth ambitions. You will also lead the Logistics Leadership Team, setting direction, aligning priorities, and ensuring strong execution across the function.

Your own team includes 4 direct reports, and the Logistics unit has a total of 21 employees in Finland and 5 in India. You will be a member of the Supply Chain & Procurement Leadership Team and report to the VP, Global Supply Chain and Procurement.

The position is permanent and based in Espoo, with a hybrid work model.
