1. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law - +15 years of experience at a multinational company- Proven experience leading legal teams- Advanced English- Experience drafting and negotiating company contracts, including procurement, litigation-related, customs, and foreign trade agreements.
- Experience overseeing internal and external legal service providers for litigation, compliance, and labor matters and collective bargaining- Commitment to the importance of integrity and complianceSkills:- Strong understanding of contract principles and solid analytical skills.
- General knowledge of foreign trade concepts.
- General knowledge of Mexican labor law and social security matters.
- Ability to assess legal changes and their business impact.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and make independent, risk‐aligned legal decisions.
- High ethical standards and strong personal integrity.
