Head of IT / IT Business Partner
to sit at the intersection of technology and the business. You'll be embedded with the business, working directly with the CEO and business heads, reporting to the Group Head of IT.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT point of contact for key business units - building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Hands‑on across application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
Manage and prioritise the IT demand pipeline, balancing business value, ROI, and resources
Drive delivery of enterprise solutions (including property platforms like Yardi, ERP systems, and data tools)
Lead change management and user adoption for new systems and processes
