Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Head of Human Resources for an investment company in Downtown Toronto. This role is hybrid, four days on-site. They will be leading the HR function and supporting a team of over 100 dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and foster a culture of high performance and engagement. As Head of HR they will have a full‑time HR professional reporting to them.
