Chief of Staff.
While the Sales and Marketing teams focus on growing, you will focus on making sure the house is in order. You make the rules, you build the systems, and you make sure everything runs perfectly.

This is an unpaid volunteer role. It is a COO-in-training position for someone who wants to lead a real company one day.
