Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Dispute Resolution Team, ensuring effective resolution of cross‑border conflicts between the UK and China. Utilize strong leadership and business understanding in a competitive climate to drive client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5years PQE in commercial litigation.
- Ideally double‑qualified in both China and Britain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managerial and client interaction.
- Strong leadership and business understanding while managing a team.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Expertise in resolving cross‑border conflicts between the UK and China.
