Develop local digitalisation initiatives and strategy in alignment with overarching Wintershall Dea digital & data strategy. Functional Manager for Data Management and Data Science. Responsible for internal planning, forecasting, implementation, and reporting of relevant workplans and budgets. Responsible for monitoring performance within the BU Norway Data & Digital department and correcting any performance deficiencies.
