TCM (Trade Capital Markets) provides financial solutions that facilitate trade and mitigate trade-related risks for companies doing business in emerging and developed markets. We work closely with customers, often including other Cargill businesses, to create financing structures that enable the buying and selling of agricultural and other commodities while mitigating risks associated with cross-border transactions.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Head of DCM (Debt Capital Markets) will lead the execution of origination strategy for Brazil. In this role, you will provide direction and guidance to the origination team to develop new business opportunities, build and cultivate relationship with banks and companies to achieve growth objectives. You will also collaborate with key trade and capital markets and function stakeholders to ensure business growth plan in the assigned markets are met and within a risk and control managed environment.
