Provide strategic leadership for Customer Services operations across Latin America, with full regional accountability.Define and execute the services strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results.Manage KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance.Lead transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational optimization initiatives.Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and quality standards.Lead large and diverse teams, including the management of partners and distributors in selected markets.
