Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end strategic procurement and contract management for large-scale residential projects
• Drive sourcing strategies, vendor management, cost optimization, and value engineering initiatives
• Manage RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and commercial finalization
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
• Build strong OEM/vendor partnerships and enhance procurement processes & systems
• Collaborate closely with Projects, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business teams for seamless project execution
