Head of Commercial (Santiago)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Empresa confidencial is a Patagonian nature and adventure tourism holding with over 40 years of history. We operate six specialized companies, from nautical expeditions in the Strait of Magellan to lodges at the edge of Torres del Paine.

We are looking for a Head of Commercial & Marketing to co‑lead the holding's commercial growth alongside General Management. This is not a role for someone coming to manage a consolidated structure — it's a role for someone who wants to build: shape the strategy, develop the team, and help bring order and momentum to a holding that is actively evolving.

You'll bridge six business units with international travel markets, and work closely with leadership to define how Empresa confidencial grows — and how it is known in the world.
