This is a hands‑on role. The Head of Client Experience is in the work every day: taking calls, meeting clients at the airport, handling escalations directly. They work as a peer with the GM, the Tours Manager, the Sales Director, and the Coordinators, Drivers, and Guides who deliver. The work, the standard, and the win are shared.
