Job Description
Your role
- Ensure compliance with the company regulatory and safety framework (people and properties on sites)
- Provide leadership and direction on the installation, testing, operation, and repair of equipment and facilities in compliance with all regulations to meet production schedules
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Manage the daily maintenance planning and support (corrective/preventative actions)
- Build and manage both internally and externally resourced maintenance programs
- Management and development of continuous improvement (involved in investment projects (CAPEX))
