Head of Business / System Analysis
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Business / System Analysis to lead and scale our BA/SA function within the Engineering organization. This is a senior leadership role with ownership of a team of ~10 Business and System Analysts embedded across multiple product domains.
You will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, product, and engineering—ensuring complex business needs are translated into clear, actionable, and well-structured system specifications. You will also elevate the overall quality, consistency, and maturity of analysis practices across the organization.
