About the Role
The Head of Assurance is responsible for leading the Line 1 Risk function of the Medical Indemnity insurance business, providing independent oversight, challenge, and support to embed effective risk management practices. This role drives risk maturity uplift through proactive risk identification, assessment, and reporting, while fostering a strong risk culture aligned to the company's risk appetite and strategic objectives.
As a member of the Business Change & Operations leadership team and broader Medical Indemnity senior leadership team, the Head of Assurance is a highly visible role, engaging with stakeholders across the business to raise risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
This is a 12-month max term contract.
