Job Summary

We are seeking a Head of Governance, Risk and Policy, Legal and CoSec to be based either in London or Singapore.

This is a strategic position, accountable for the governance, risk and policy framework for Legal and Group Corporate Secretariat (LCS), ensuring legal enforceability, corporate governance and non‑legal risks are identified, managed, and overseen in line with Group standards and regulatory expectations. The role provides enterprise‑level risk leadership, acting as a trusted adviser to the Group General Counsel (GGC) and LCS Management Team, and owns the implementation and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and Operational and Technology Risk frameworks (OTRF) across LCS. The role combines deep risk expertise, strong governance discipline and senior stakeholder influence to enable sound decision‑making, regulatory confidence and effective risk outcomes.
