Job Description
Take charge of competitive gymnastics at HHGC as the Technical Director and Head Coach. This full-time, permanent role focuses on overseeing programs and guiding coaching staff.
As Technical Director and Head Coach at HHGC, you will be responsible for all aspects of competitive gymnastics programs. In this senior position, you will collaborate with leadership, manage time sheets, coach athletes, and enhance parent communication. Your role will not only involve planning but also directly impacting the training and development of young gymnasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and programming for competitive gymnastics
• Approve time sheets and manage event planning
• Coach select groups of gymnasts with assessments
• Organize and manage parent communications
• Ensure equipment safety and compliance
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• NCCP Level 2 and Level 3 certifications
• First Aid CPR certification
