This well -known, world famous long standing 5 star lodge is looking for a HEAD CHEF with exceptional culinary skills and strong leadership skills to join
the Kitchen team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen service including the preparation and execution of all food items that come from the kitchen, in a punctual manner and in accordance with company standards and procedures.• Conduct regular stock -takes, order, and replenish all bars and cellars from the liquor store at main camp whilst ensuring all associated paperwork is
promptly and accurately completed.
