The Head Barista at Park Hyatt Los Cabos is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's coffee bar, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation, maintaining excellent customer service, and leading a team of baristas. • Coffee & Beverage Operations - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Develop and implement innovative coffee recipes and seasonal menus.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in proper working condition.
