Make a difference as a Transportation Coordinator at CMHA Kenora's HART Hub. This full-time position focuses on providing essential transportation support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
You'll be responsible for coordinating transport for clients accessing the many integrated services at the HART Hub. In collaboration with a caring team, you will address client needs while navigating transportation logistics effectively. Engage with a diverse range of community partners to ensure optimal support.
