Job Description

Shape IT strategy with We Are Social as a hands-on IT Director for North America. Oversee IT operations, manage user support, and drive automation across a dynamic tech environment.
In this newly created player-manager role, you will be responsible for directly supporting approximately 200 users in the US and Canada. You'll manage the LA IT Manager and integrate AI strategies, while constantly assessing existing IT processes for improvements and efficiency. Your hands-on approach to resolving technical issues will be crucial as you lead through innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve helpdesk tickets and maintain high service standards
• Manage endpoints and security for macOS devices
• Own onboarding and offboarding for North American users
• Audit IT processes to identify inefficiencies
• Integrate new systems into the existing stack
Requirements:
• 7+ years in IT with hands-on and leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Apple/macOS and Jamf
