Become the Hands-On Facilities & Property Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge in Northern Manitoba. This critical role focuses on maintenance and operations while overseeing renovation projects.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for daily facility management across multiple sites. Your hands-on skills will enable you to perform maintenance tasks, supervise contractors, and ensure all properties meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular facility inspections and repairs
• Manage daily upkeep including snow removal and cleanliness
