The Facilities & Property Manager is central to maintaining the organization's facilities. This hands-on role requires 3–7+ years in building maintenance, with responsibilities ranging from daily upkeep to contractor oversight. Manage tenant requests, implement preventative maintenance, and support ongoing renovations to uphold safety and effectiveness across facilities.
