We are looking for a hands-on Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager for a small premium aparthotel operation in the Marbella / Estepona area. This is not a large corporate hotel GM role. We are looking for a practical, reliable and commercially minded person who can be on-site, close to guests, the local team, suppliers and owners. Main responsibilities: Manage daily aparthotel operations, guest communication, check-ins/check-outs and issue resolution. Improve occupancy and booking performance through Booking.com, Airbnb, direct/local opportunities and pricing actions. Manage Cloudbeds / PMS information, reservations, payments, availability and guest details. Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and local service providers. Monitor service standards, SOPs, checklists and property readiness. Follow up on maintenance, compare vendor options and control operational costs.
