Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead with strong expertise in PolicyCenter, Rating, Standards‑Based Templates (SBT), and Commercial Lines Insurance. The candidate will lead technical design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire solutions.

Job Duties

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Configure Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, and Integrations
• Design and implement rating solutions including rate tables, rate routines, and worksheets
• Work on SBT and bureau‑based product implementations/customizations
• Support Commercial Lines product configuration and enhancements
• Conduct code reviews, effort estimations, and mentor development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and support release activities
