Salary will be determined in accordance with the Faculty Collective Agreement, based on the candidate's education and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
As key members of Student Services, our Counsellors are committed to delivering accessible and professional support that addresses the unique needs of every student, promoting both academic success and personal development. Provide guidance and counselling services to CNA students, including individual, career, and group counselling. Liaise with staff and administration on behalf of students through committees and on an individual basis. Assist with conflict mediation and resolution. Administer and interpret standardized tests associated with individual career and group counselling. Deliver student support courses such as job search training, study skills and related activities. May involve assisting with various student affairs activities; including student council, recreation program...
