Guest Services Desk Representative

The GSD Representative must be welcoming, knowledgeable, energetic and professional at all times as they are often the first impression for guests visiting the facility.

Shift Duties Include:

Working with the POS system

Handling reservations for tee times

Answering phones and transferring calls appropriatley

Assist with GPS on course pace of play management

Processing retail purchases

Registering players for tee time payment

Merchandising of the retail area

Product knowledge of all merchandise offered as well as policies and procedures of various programs and memberships
