- Act as a welcoming brand ambassador representing both Vancouver Foodie Tours and Granville Island Delivery Co. with professionalism, warmth, and strong hospitality presence.
- Serve as an in-person expert on all tour offerings, confidently explaining tour details, pricing, schedules, and inclusions to potential guests.
- Provide reservation support and on-the-spot bookings through company systems following training.
- Liaise communications to the Sales and Operations teams regarding guest inquiries, booking requests, or complex questions requiring escalation.
- Answer incoming phone calls and general inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate.
