Responsibilities

• Control and record vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit at the gate.
• Verify that all equipment and surroundings are in order.
• Report any irregularities or suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain daily logs.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security sensors.
• Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
• Provide customer service and assure a professional image.

Qualifications

• Bachillerato or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 6 months experience in security, 1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and log maintenance.
• Available for shifts of 8, 12, or 24 hours, including 24×24 coverage.
• No military, police, or armed guard background.
• Maximum age 47 (some postings).

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary range: $9,500 to $15,000 Mexican pesos.
