Key Responsibilities- Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephonyinfrastructure Fine-tune and support our SIP/telephony application infrastructure,including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS.
- Develop and implement new features Work with our front-end GUI team to createinnovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform.
- Create complex IVRs & dial plans Build, maintain, and enhance IVR flows, call routinglogic, and dial plans within Asterisk.
- Develop and maintain scripting tools Implement automation tools using shell scripting,PHP, or other relevant languages.
