Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and rolling out talent management and performance programs that align with GTAA’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise-wide talent and performance programs
• Maintain a roadmap of talent initiatives in line with business needs
• Drive continuous improvement in talent management processes
• Collaborate with HR on technology enhancements for talent systems
• Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs for program success
