GT TOLUCA MFE Welding

We are looking for a GT Toluca MFE Welding to join the Engineering + GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position is based at our office in Toluca.

As the GT Toluca MFE Welding at Marelli, you will be responsible to develop, improve, and maintain welding processes and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity within manufacturing operations.

• Design, implement, and optimize welding processes and procedures
• Troubleshoot welding operations and recommend corrective actions
• Support new product introductions from a welding perspective
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality)
• Provide technical training and guidance to shop floor personnel
