<p>The Online Growth & Marketing team is responsible for driving SumUp's online acquisition and leading marketing efforts in Brazil, one of our most strategic markets. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own both Brazil's marketing agenda and acquisition engine end to end — from brand awareness and local campaigns to performance marketing and digital growth. You'll oversee one of the region's largest marketing budgets, lead a team of marketers and performance specialists, and work closely with local and global teams to deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex problems, building clear plans of action, and constantly uncovering new growth opportunities.</p>
