Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliates & Referrals

As a Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliates and Referrals, you will lead the strategy and performance of one of the company’s most important marketing channels by driving lead generation through affiliate marketing and referral partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new partners, managing and strengthening existing relationships, and optimizing commission structures to maximize growth and performance. Reporting to the Directors of Performance Marketing, North America, you will play a key role in shaping brand perception, influencing customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business results through one of Lightspeed’s largest marketing channels.

Please note that this is a 13‑month fixed‑term contract position starting in August 2026.
