Elevate the growth strategy as the Growth Manager for a successful DTC brand at Amazon and TikTok Shop. This hands-on role emphasizes ownership of P&L and driving revenue.
As the Growth Manager, you will be the first dedicated growth hire, closely collaborating with the founder. This position requires 2-3 years of experience driving Amazon growth and some team management experience. You will leverage TikTok as a demand engine and ensure that content and profitability link seamlessly to boost sales.
