As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in aiding the North American and International sales teams with order processing and customer support. This involves ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely documentation while working collaboratively with internal teams to foster a streamlined service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and manage customer sales orders
• Communicate order confirmations and assist with inquiries
• Prepare RMA documentation and instructions for returns
• Coordinate shipping methods and verify shipment details
• Handle marketing requests and prepare materials for sales
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
• Sales support or logistics experience preferred
