Job Description
Lead greenhouse vegetable operations as a Farm Supervisor in a permanent position. This role combines crop management and staff supervision to ensure optimal farm production.
We are seeking a Farm Supervisor with a secondary school certificate or equivalent experience. You will coordinate general farm workers, oversee crop production, and implement soil fertility and safety programs. Key tasks include monitoring crop conditions, cleaning the greenhouse, and maintaining farm machinery to ensure best practices in horticulture.
