Empower students and families as a Graduation Support Coach with SRPSD. This role enhances student engagement and mentorship, ensuring successful school experiences leading to graduation.
As a Graduation Support Coach, you will work directly within SRPSD schools and the WDFN Reserve. Your primary focus will be to assist students and teachers, fostering a culturally responsive environment that encourages the success of First Nations students. In this position, mentorship is key to facilitating a smooth transition through the education system.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide mentorship to students for academic success • Support teachers in enhancing culturally responsive pedagogy • Assist families in understanding educational pathways • Maintain accurate records and generate reports • Collaborate effectively with diverse groups
