Job Description

We are looking to expand our team of Administrators within our GP+ community service at our Riverside office space in Ipswich. The Hours worked will vary across Monday – Saturday between the hours of 08:00-18:00.

What’s the role?

The GP+ Community administrator will support the operations run within this service.

You will be responsible for resolving issues raised via our staff debrief for various services and/or escalating accordingly.

Ensuring clinic lists are ready and all appointments are in the appropriate place and resolving where this may not be the case.

Responsible for ensuring there is sufficient office cover for our patient and staff phonelines.

The GP+ Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.
